U.S. airlines have raised domestic fares for the first time this year, their third hike in the past month, according to travel search site Farecompare.com.

Brazil Airlines TAM, Gol Face Strike Threat Over Christmas

TAM SA and Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes SA, Brazil’s two largest airlines, faced a threatened strike Dec. 23 right before the pre- Christmas travel rush.
