Say Wat?
Thailand has been in the news a lot lately; King Bhumibol Adulyadej, the longest-serving head of state and longest-lived monarch in Thai history, departed this life in October. He was as loved as his son and successor is despised. Drama!
But...
Today, after a beautiful 10 hours of sleep, we had pre-booked a speedboat island hopping excursion. Unfortunately, I neglected to charge my iPhone, so there we have no photos 🙁 After a delicious breakfast spread featuring everything from waffles to dim sum, we were picked up at 8 am to head toward the Phuket Marina. After the typical tourist check in, we received our flippers, goggles and boarded our speed boat with about 20 other travelers from Korea, Argentina, and Australia. Our itinerary... After taking a quick Christmas Day evening flight from Buffalo, NY to JFK, we hopped on the AirTrain one stop to Terminal #7. Thrilled with excitement, Joshy and I checked into our flight at the First Class counter, which is located in a separate area. Our boarding passes all the way through to Phuket and lounge invitations printed. We were then escorted through a private security entrance and found our way to the British Airways First Class Terrace Lounge, which is shared with Cathay Pacific...On the Go // Bros Before Hos – Pattaya, Thailand Warning
