The U.S. Transportation Security Administration effective in June said it would no longer use scanners that emitted a low-dose X-ray because the company that makes them can’t fix the privacy issues. The other airport body scanners, which produce a generic outline instead of a naked image, are staying.

Today, we woke up disoriented after last night’s festivities. An interesting night, to say the least and the most. We became fast friends with the owner of Boat Bar and became friendly with all of the waiters on that street of bars. Today, after a beautiful 10 hours of sleep, we had pre-booked a speedboat island hopping excursion. Unfortunately, I neglected to charge my iPhone, so there we have no photos 🙁 After a delicious breakfast spread featuring everything from waffles to dim sum, we were picked up at 8 am to head toward the Phuket Marina.
