Delta Gets Chinese Approval to Launch Seattle-Beijing Service

Delta Air Lines said it has received final Chinese government approval to launch nonstop flights between Seattle and Beijing, beginning June 4. For the first time in over 60 years, direct flights have been resumed between Taiwan and Mainland China. Until recently, to travel between Taiwan and Mainland China travelers had to fly to a neutral country.
