Dreamliner makes long-awaited debut in Japan

Boeing’s 787 Dreamliner made its first landing in Japan over the weekend, completing its maiden trans-Pacific journey on Sunday, The Associated Press reports. The jet is now set to undergo further flight testing with Japan’s All Nippon Airways (ANA), which is scheduled to be the launch customer for the ballyhooed-but-much-delayed Dreamliner.

Delta Air Lines, responding to a report that it was enforcing a Saudi ban on Jewish travelers through its alliance with Saudi Arabian Airlines, issued a statement saying that it does not discriminate or condone discrimination against any of its customers in regards to age, race, nationality, religion or gender.
