United Airlines announced it will reward eligible employees with a $100 bonus for exceeding the airline’s October performance goals. The airline achieved an 85% domestic flights on-time-arrival performance and 82.4% for international flights. Flights must arrive within 14 minutes of the scheduled time. International on-time arrivals were the best in three years.
This comes in the face of a hefty fine by the U.S. Department of Transportation for $1.1 million for United’s previous tarmac delays.
