Turkish Airlines officially opened its first lounge in the United States inside the Washington Dulles International Airport in Washington D.C. last week.

The lounge—dubbed the Turkish Airlines Lounge—is a 5,000-square-feet facility that can seat 120 guests. The airline’s lounge features many amenities, including a food and beverage buffet, shower and bathroom facilities, free Wi-Fi, a Business Corner, prayer and relaxation rooms, entertainment options and much more.

“We are pleased to bring to the United States the world-renowned lounge experience that Turkish Airlines pioneered at Istanbul’s Ataturk International Airport,” Turkish Airlines chairman Ilker Ayci said in a statement. “Travelers who visit the Turkish Airlines lounge at Dulles International Airport will be treated to some of the finest services and accommodations available anywhere.”

Turkish Airlines has served the Washington, D.C. area since 2010, and offers 10 flights per week from Dulles International Airport to Istanbul Ataturk Airport. The airline also serves eight other cities in the U.S., including New York, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Atlanta, Miami, San Francisco and Los Angeles.

While Turkish Airlines was recently named “Best Airline of Europe” for the sixth consecutive year, the company has faced its fair share of setbacks in 2016. Not only was the airline’s hub at Ataturk Airport attacked by terrorists in June, but a failed coup attempt in Turkey also caused unrest for the brand.
