Indian airline Jet Airways has announced the suspension of five crew members following a video that went viral featuring a Bollywood actor singing over the in-flight public announcement system.

According to FoxNews.com, the incident took place in January when popular singer Sonu Nigam was on a chartered flight from Jodhpur to Mumbai, India. At one point during the flight, the crew allowed Nigam to sing over the PA system to entertain the privately chartered flight.

The report states all of the passengers on the flight were returning from a wedding at the time of the incident. The impromptu performance was taped, released on YouTube and went viral, forcing authorities to investigate.

In response to the event, the Indian Directorate General of Civil Aviation—the country’s safety regulator—told Jet Airways to suspend the flight crew for misusing the PA system and recommended corrective training to avoid a similar incident.
