Delta now allows its passengers to track their checked bags and is adding self-service baggage kiosks at airports. Travelers can find out the status of their bag online or at kiosks. There they can get information such as whether the bag has been loaded onto the plane.
The kiosks can also show on which carousel bags will arrive and allow passengers whose bags are delayed to file a claim. By the end of the year, Delta will have the kiosks at 18 airports, including Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
