General


1) What is included in each package?

-   Itinerary specific airport transfers.
-   Breakfast daily at hotel or villa.
-   Specified number of nights at selected host hotel/villa (incidentals charges are supplementary).
-   Any organized “Steele Events” and land excursions specific to your trip.
-   All taxes and fees.


2) Are meals included?

Daily breakfast is included at your hotel/villa.  Lunch and dinner are not provided unless specifically noted in the itinerary.


3) How many guests are on each trip?

Steele Luxury Travel understands that traveling in small groups is more relaxed and intimate.  Each trip has its own guest limit, so each destination varies.  Reservations are available on a first come, first served basis.


4) Is there a charge if I am traveling alone?  Can you place me together with another single traveler?

Yes, there is a single supplement charge.  However, we will be glad to pair you with another single Steele Traveler during your trip.  Please request this when making your reservation.


5) Is Steele Luxury Travel a gay tour operator?

Steele Luxury Travel specializes in providing premium international travel experiences to exotic destinations worldwide.  As we welcome all different types of people, ideas and business, we do focus our marketing initiatives towards the international gay and lesbian community.


6) What are the passport and visa requirements?

Valid passports and/or are required for each Steele destination.  Please check with your specific trip and destination to determine wether a visa or passport is necessary.  For the latest entry requirements as well as security information, Americans traveling abroad should regularly monitor the Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs Internet site at http://travel.state.gov . Flights


1) Is airfare included?

Airfare is not included in Steele Luxury Travel packages unless noted in the itinerary.  Please contact us when making if you need assistance in securing discount economy or business class airfare.

 

 


Hotels


1) What type of hotel room will I receive?

Guests will be provided with premium level accommodations in each destination.  At some properties, Steele Travelers are offered “run of the house”, which upon check in, guests will receive the best available room in the hotel.


2) Can I upgrade to a suite?

Yes, upgrades to suites are available at an additional cost.  Please request a suite upgrade upon making your reservation.


3) How do I pay incidental charges?

Upon check-in, guests are requested to provide an imprint of a credit card to cover all incidental charges.  A bill will be presented to you at check-out.

 

Excursions


1) Are tours and excursions included?

Tour and excursions are included on a trip-by-trip basis.  Please consult each trip individually to review the included land itinerary. 


2) How do I arrive to at the location of the excursion or activity?

For most excursions, hotel car service pick up and drop is included.

 

 


Payment & Reservations


How do I make a reservation?

1) How much of a deposit is required to hold my spot?  When are payments due? 

a $500 deposit is required for any reservation.  Click here to review our payment deadlines and cancellation policy.


2) What if I need to cancel?

Click here to review our cancellation policy.  We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.  With our premium travel insurance, you may “cancel for any reason” up to two days prior to departure for a full refund.  Please request the “cancel for any reason” insurance when making your reservation.
